CANCELLATION POLICY
The Polished Lashes will charge 55% of the service price for any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The Polished Lashes will charge 100% of the service for no call no shows. (5 minutes after the scheduled appointment we will reach out, after 15 minutes with no response your appointment will be cancelled)
